Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert guidance on event design and execution.
Oversee event marketing strategies to promote events effectively across various channels.
Upsell additional services or packages to enhance event offerings and maximize revenue opportunities.
Supervise on-site event operations, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and breakdown.
Collaborate with catering teams, banquet staff, and other service providers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Handle guest services and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track event performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and organizational policies throughout the planning and execution process.
