Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Event Manager to represent our brand on-site, ensure smooth event execution, and lead a small team of bartenders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing preparation, travel, and set-up for events, as well as ensuring exceptional customer service throughout.

Responsibilities

Oversee

event success from setup through breakdown

, ensuring high service standards Lead

on-site team of 1-2 bartenders

, assigning tasks and maintaining timeline awareness Transport the Tap Truck and equipment to and from events, specifically by

loading / unloading

/ pulling

the Tap Truck on a

car carrier trailer

Prepare the vehicle and event kit (wash truck, load inventory and gear, verify readiness) Set up the tap system and mobile bar area upon arrival Operate a 5-tap draft system and serve alcohol including beer, wine, cider, seltzer, and batched cocktails Interact with clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner Manage keg movement and general logistics (

kegs up to 160 lbs with partner or 60 lbs solo

) Ensure event wrap-up includes cleaning, packing equipment, and restocking at the warehouse Receive beverage orders from distributors; maintain accurate inventory Upload invoices and maintain digital records post-event

Requirements

21+ years old

Valid driver's license

and

ability to load and tow a trailer

Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience working events, preferably in a lead or supervisory role Available for

weekend and occasional weekday shifts

, with flexible hours Physically able to

lift and maneuver heavy equipment

and kegs Comfortable driving up to 3.5 hours for events

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with CO2 draft system Previous experience in catering, bartending, or mobile event services Strong problem-solving and customer service skills under pressure
