About the Role:

The Event Coordinator for the Nursing Destination School plays a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that support the educational mission and community engagement of the institution. This position is responsible for coordinating events such as orientations, workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs that enhance the awareness of the program. TA key outcome of this role is to create well-organized, impactful events that foster a supportive learning environment and promote the school's values and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Education, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within an educational or healthcare setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in higher education or a related field. Experience with event planning and managing enroll.

Responsibilities:

Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their families. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures. Conduct presentations and information sessions to recruit prospects Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Develop and maintain relationships with high schools and community organizations. Assist with the creation of marketing materials and communications. Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment goals.

Skills:

As an Events and Promotions relations Officer, you will use your strong organizational skills to plan and execute successful events and promotions. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the marketing team and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders. Your ability to analyze event metrics will help you measure success and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, your experience in event planning and promotions, as well as your knowledge of event planning software and tools, will be essential in this role.
