Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion, including venue selection, catering, and service plan
Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication
Coordinate with catering staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during events
Handle contracts and agreements with clients
Maintain organizational records of event details, contracts, and feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Computer skills required in Toast POS and word/excel
Previous experience in banquet service, fundraising, guest services, or hospitality industries will be advantageous but not required
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
