to take the lead on curating standout shows and managing all things booking at our venue. This is
not
an entry-level position -- we need somebody who can thrive in a fast-paced, artistic environment and confidently secure the deals that keep things moving.
Responsibilities:
Curate and fill our calendar with high-quality shows and events
Book talent: musicians, poets, vocalists, and creatives
Build relationships, pitch ideas, and create opportunities
Handle admin and planning behind the scenes
Attend our weekly in-house team meeting every
Monday 2PM-7PM
Be available one other day per week (5 hours in-house)
? What We're Looking For:
You're witty, organized, and can think on your feet
You know artists, musicians, poets, and the creative scene
You've done this before -- you understand bookings, negotiations, and what makes a show pop
You
know our venue
or are already tapped into what we do -- this ain't a random job, it's a creative movement
Bonus Points If You:
Have
basic graphic design skills
(Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Want to grow in revenue, experience, and visibility in the entertainment space
