Overview


We are seeking a talented and passionate Evet Coordinator Assistant to join our events team! The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, with experience working with private events. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our growing events program.

Duties



Report the the Events Management Team regarding status of event Participate in set up and breakdown of the event, including assisting brides in the morning when they arrive, setting up the bridal suite, serving them food and beverage Assisting in food service Supervise and able to train new team members Assist in phone calls and retuning messages from potential clients

Qualifications



Exhibit strong leadership skills Able to work alone without direction Experience with banquet service, including bartending and serving Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Schedule flexibility: available evenings, weekends and holidays Able to lift and move heavy items, including furniture, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
