Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained. Assist with custodial duties in commercial spaces, ensuring all facilities are clean and presentable. Support residential painting projects as needed, ensuring surfaces are prepped and cleaned post-project. Execute industrial cleaning tasks in accordance with safety protocols and company standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all facilities. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred is required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently while managing time effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
