Bartender - TopShelfTipsy Mobile Bartending Services (Philadelphia, PA)

Position:

Bartender (Part-Time / Event-Based)

:

We're seeking experienced and reliable bartenders to join our growing team. As a TopShelfTipsy bartender, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding beverage service at various private and corporate events. You'll represent the TopShelfTipsy brand with professionalism, personality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Set up and break down bar stations efficiently and neatly. Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages per event menu. Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event. Manage inventory and report any shortages or issues. Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with other event staff and follow directions from event leads.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation

(must be able to travel to event locations in and around Philadelphia).

Prior bartending experience

(mobile bartending, catering, or hospitality experience preferred).

Weekend availability

- Most events are scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Must be punctual, professional, and dependable. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods. RAMP or equivalent alcohol safety certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and event type). Opportunities for gratuities and advancement within the company.
