Part-Time Events Assitant

YOUR ROLE
SCHEDULE:
Fridays 7:15 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (in-office) plus flexible hours during the week for events, community engagement, and marketing projects (approx. 18-25 hours/week total).
CLINIC SUPPORT:
Provide hands-on support to the front desk and providers on Fridays, greeting patients, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring a smooth clinic flow.
EVENTS COORDINATION:
Plan and execute community wellness events, Lunch & Learns, and workshops. Manage logistics, setup, materials, and communication with local partners.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase awareness of Moveoment's services.
MARKETING SUPPORT:
Collaborate with leadership and marketing partners to create and share social media content that reflects our brand and values.
TEAM SUPPORT:
Assist with light administrative tasks, communication, and organization as needed to enhance overall office efficiency.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY
KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum two (2) years of experience in office, customer service, event coordination, or healthcare environments preferred.
SKILLS:
Strong values of integrity, honesty, and accountability; excellent organization, time management, and communication skills; creative mindset with the ability to multitask; social media proficiency (Instagram, Facebook, Canva a plus).
ABILITY:
