Job Description


This locally owned firm is looking to expand their event team to meet client demand immediately. The Event Assistant will join a group of career-driven and socially conscious individuals looking to make a difference in their community while establishing a career in business or marketing. The ideal candidate wil have a passion for learning, a desire to grow with a compay and love working with people.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cross-train in multiple areas including event management, marketing and sales strategies, business operations, client management and event coordination.
  • Execute short presentations on our clients mission and answer any customer questions questions
  • Attend daily client and campaign meetings to proactively stay up-to-date on the latest market offerings, trends, and innovation
  • Inventory management
  • Assist with training new associates as needed
Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication skills (Verbal/Written)
  • Professional demeanor emphasizing honesty and respect
  • Positive outlook and solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-starter that is motivated by results
  • Desire to train and develop others
  • Punctual, reliable transportation, and always prepared
  • MUST BE LOCAL AND ABLE TO START WITHIN 2 WEEKS
