Job Description

The Eleanor is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Hyde Park, NY. We care for short term rehabiliation and long term care residents in our spacious, renovated 3-unit facility. We have an excellent supportive leadership team supporting our direct care staff. We offer both 8 and 12 hour shifts. The RN Evening Supervisor supervises the direct care staff, supervises day to day nursing activities of LPN's and CNA's, ensures appropriate quality care is provided in accordance with the resident plan of care as well as Federal, State & Local regulations.

Qualifications:

NYS RN currently license in good standing with New York State

Preferably has 2 or more years of supervisory experience in the LTC/sub acute setting working with geratic residents

Displays leadership qualities and provides acceptable references

Ability to multi-task and provide leadership in emergency situations
