Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Lobby Host. As a Lobby Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their experience starts off on the right foot. This is a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to the right function ballroom
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby/restrooms
- Must be able to answer the phone and take messages
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
