We are seeking an experienced

Construction Project Estimator

with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost estimates and play a vital role in our project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to develop precise cost estimates. Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure comprehensive project understanding. Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope, risks, and additional information. Prepare detailed material, labor, and equipment take-offs and quantity surveys. Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Develop cost breakdowns and pricing proposals aligned with client specifications. Attend bid meetings to present and negotiate cost estimates effectively. Building a quality data base meeting deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,753.21 - $110,000.05 per year

Commercial construction: 4 years (Required)
