My client is looking to hire an estimator based out of Bowie MD!!!

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for cast-in-place concrete projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare bid packages
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment on scope and pricing
• Participate in budgeting, hard bids, and negotiated proposals
• Track market pricing and subcontractor/vendor costs
• Support pre-construction planning and client presentations

• Experience estimating structural concrete projects (cast-in-place, tilt-up, slabs, foundations)
• Strong understanding of budgeting, hard bids, and competitive bid strategies
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Open to candidates from general construction estimating backgrounds with a willingness to specialize in concrete
