Now Hiring: Estimator/Project Manager

Are you an experienced professional with a background in construction? We are looking for a motivated Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team in the fence, gate and access control industry.

-As an Estimator and Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing commercial projects from start to finish.

-Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed estimates and bids, managing relationships with general contractors, and supervising crews during the installation process.

-Prepare accurate estimates and bids for new commercial projects.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and clients

-Manage awarded projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

-Supervise and coordinate crews during project installations, ensuring work is done to specifications and safety standards.

-Provide on-site problem-solving, adapting to changing conditions and making real-time decisions.

-Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

-Construction experience preferred, but not required.

-Strong knowledge of estimating and project management processes experience preferred, but not required.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and crews.

-Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.

- If you are bilingual, that is a huge plus specifically Spanish/English speaking

-Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.

-Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and safety.

Compensation:

-To be discussed during the interview process based on experience.

-Salary based with commission on every awarded project, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings with successful bids and project completions.

Hours:

-Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
