Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Grand Rapids, MI, for an Estimator/Project Manager for our Locker division. This includes metal/phenolic/plastic lockers for K-12 schools, universities, businesses, hospitals, etc. The role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, coordinating project execution, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with customers & team members, evaluating project requirements, and maintaining detailed project documentation to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Mandatory experience with Construction Estimating and Project Estimation methods Strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and team members Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in construction project management software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Previous experience in specialty construction industries is an advantage

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
