Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Estimator to join our team. This is a full-time position for our headquarters in Pittsburgh.
:
Provide accurate and efficient cost estimates for prospective projects.
Analyze and interrupt drawings.
Prepare estimated material lists, takeoff drawings and a quotation based on the information provided.
Analyze the project requirements and determine the application of the product.
Determine all materials and services needed for the project and apply the correct cost.
Using good time management, complete tasks within due dates.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualities:
Prior knowledge from job experience or education
Must be able to pass drug screening
Working knowledge of general computer use (Email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
Dependable and able to complete time sensitive tasks daily.
Comfortable with math and calculations
Good listening and communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience with Architectual / Structural Drawings essential.
Experience with BlueBeam a plus.
