Collision Repair Consultant



We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented

Collision Repair Consultant (Estimator)

to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate repair estimates, coordinating parts procurement, and supporting both customers and insurance partners throughout the repair process. Your expertise will help ensure that repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare thorough and accurate collision repair estimates Communicate and negotiate with insurance partners regarding repair needs Source, procure, and order necessary parts Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process Support workflow in a fast-paced environment with high-volume accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Strong customer service and negotiation skills Experience with parts procurement and ordering Knowledge of the automotive or collision repair industry High attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Reliable and self-motivated Ability to manage a large insurance account in a fast-paced setting
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
