Communicate and negotiate with insurance partners regarding repair needs
Source, procure, and order necessary parts
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Support workflow in a fast-paced environment with high-volume accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Experience with parts procurement and ordering
Knowledge of the automotive or collision repair industry
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Reliable and self-motivated
Ability to manage a large insurance account in a fast-paced setting
