Job Description

The Estimator - Healthcare Construction will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are accounted for. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects.
  • Analyze project requirements, specifications, and blueprints to determine costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project alignment.
  • Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive bid packages and proposals.
  • Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
