Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing commercial properties, consulting with potential clients, and preparing accurate, competitive estimates for our window cleaning services. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, has strong analytical skills, and is motivated to help clients find the best solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities

Visit commercial properties to assess window cleaning needs and gather necessary measurements and details Consult with prospective clients to understand their requirements and answer questions about our services Prepare and deliver clear, accurate, and timely estimates for window cleaning projects Follow up with clients to address questions, clarify scope, and support the decision-making process Maintain detailed records of estimates, client interactions, and project specifications in company systems Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff from estimate to service delivery Stay informed about industry best practices, pricing trends, and competitor offerings Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance estimating and customer service skills

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic estimating or CRM software Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license in good standing Previous experience in estimating, sales support, or customer service is a plus
