Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in the building and construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and resources required for construction projects.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to identify necessary resources.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop accurate budgets and timelines.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
• Provide detailed reports and documentation to support project bids and proposals.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives to optimize project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.
