• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to assess project requirements and budgets.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in contract negotiations by providing detailed cost breakdowns and recommendations.
• Maintain updated records of past projects to refine estimation processes.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on financial aspects of projects.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to improve cost estimation accuracy.
