Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join a leading commercial general contractor in Nashville, TN. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and supporting the bidding process to ensure competitive and profitable proposals.

• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams to refine budgets and proposals.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to improve estimating accuracy.
• Prepare and present bid packages and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and cost data for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices throughout the estimating process.
