Job Description

This is a full-time Estimator role focused on ground-up and interior renovation projects across NYC and Long Island. You'll work closely with project teams to deliver accurate multi-trade estimates.

• Prepare detailed estimates across multiple trades
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Analyze drawings and specifications
• Support bid submissions and project budgeting

• Has 1-3 years of estimating experience in GC or CM settings
• Architectural or drywall background preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working from our Nassau County office five days a week.

A small-to-mid-sized general contractor and construction manager with ~50 employees, specializing in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects ranging from $2M to $35M.
