Job Description

If you are a Heavy Civil Estimator experienced with paving and wet underground for public utilities and are ready to immediately take over a project, WE NEED YOU!

Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates by calculating data like take-offs, labor, equipment, and material costs. Evaluate the proposal drawings and specifications and determine the required contents of the estimate and scope. Develop bid package estimate documents. Travel when needed to assist with proposals and related issues. All other required tasks as needed.
Background Profile

This position requires 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction proposal management.

B.S. degree in Engineering, Estimating, or equivalent years of experience.

5 years of ground-up estimating and including min 2 years estimating public wet underground wet utilities, HHWY, roads, etc.

Proven experience delivering complex and large-scale proposals.

Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate and write compellingly.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
