WANTED: ESL Instructors

Position Summary

Koby Learning Group is a private language and tutoring school looking for part-time ESL Instructors to teach children between the hours of 4pm-7pm starting immediately. Working hours are flexible and tailored to the instructor's availability.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree is

required

for consideration (or currently working toward a degree). ESL teaching experience and/or certification/degree in TESOL/TEFL is preferred. Must be comfortable tutoring children of all ages. Native or fluent English language ability is required. Bilingual Japanese or Spanish is a plus. The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, friendly, patient, and eager to work in a highly dynamic setting. Candidate must be able to teach at all levels of ESL according to the individual needs of the students.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Provide a one-to-one or group teaching experience in the areas of the target language (all levels). Show evidence of adapting and differentiated instruction for all students. Develop and maintain genuine, positive and consistent communication with students.
