This ESL Faculty Member role focuses on teaching adult learners essential English communication skills for workplace use. Includes lesson delivery, student assessment, and participation in program-related activities.
Responsibilities:
Deliver 6-10 hours/week of English instruction.
Create and adapt relevant lesson plans.
Maintain accurate attendance and progress data.
Attend scheduled meetings and trainings.
Required:
TESOL certification.
Strong English fluency.
ESL instructional expertise.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree related to English or Education.
3+ years experience teaching adults.
ESP teaching background.
Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning.
