About the Role
The Escrow Team Leader plays a key role in building and guiding a best-in-class escrow team. This is an in-person leadership role based in our Idaho offices. While escrow experience is helpful, it's not required--what matters most is your ability to mentor, problem-solve, and create a high-performing team culture aligned with our Venture VIBE values.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead & Develop People
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain an engaged escrow team. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and support professional growth.
Foster Team Culture
- Build a positive, motivated, and high-performing environment where collaboration and accountability thrive.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Partner with leaders across departments to shape escrow processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
Support Client Success
- Step in as needed to resolve challenges, troubleshoot transactions, and ensure customer experiences are smooth and predictable.
Champion Training & Growth
- Support company training initiatives, help identify development needs, and mentor future leaders.
Collaborate on Strategy
- Contribute to company growth plans, financial objectives, and strategic vision while ensuring your team is aligned with big-picture goals.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a strong, people-focused leader who can inspire others while maintaining high standards of service and performance.
Must-Haves:
Proven leadership experience with the ability to recruit, motivate, and mentor team members.
Excellent communication skills--clear, encouraging, and adaptable to different audiences.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A track record of driving results through people, processes, and accountability.
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of escrow or title processes.
Experience with ResWare or similar production software.
Business degree or equivalent leadership experience.
Strong community connections and industry relationships.
