About the job:

This position supports the Escrow Department in facilitating real estate transactions through to closing. It's a fast-paced, team-oriented role requiring strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities:

Assist escrow officers with transaction management from opening to closing. Review title commitments and identify potential issues. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders. Prepare and organize closing files and documentation. Request and gather information needed for closing (e.g., payoffs, HOA details, insurance). Problem-solve issues that arise during the closing process. Maintain excellent communication and provide timely updates to all involved parties. Monitoring Escrow email inbox.

Preferred Experience:

Background in title insurance, real estate, or banking is preferred. Familiarity with real estate closing documents and terminology is preferred. SoftPro experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
