Lead - Escapology Denver

Join the team at Escapology and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are looking for a Lead who can support the management team, guide our Game Masters, and ensure every room is presented at the highest standard. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

What You Will Do

Supervise Game Masters during assigned shifts and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. Train, mentor, and support team members to provide exceptional and consistent guest experiences. Conduct regular room inspections and reset verifications to maintain safety and game quality. Assist with scheduling, daily checklists, and overall operational readiness. Help ensure all team members meet monthly goals by offering coaching, accountability, and support. Resolve guest issues or escalate to management when needed while maintaining professionalism. Ensure every guest interaction meets Escapology service standards. Support onboarding and skill development for new team members. Communicate with management about staffing needs, maintenance concerns, and operational updates. Assist in rolling out new procedures or updates as directed by management. Perform Game Master duties when needed to support the team.

What You Bring

At least 6 to 12 months of experience in a leadership role in a customer service and/or operations environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations. High attention to detail and commitment to Escapology quality standards. Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$23/hour

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and move between rooms for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform light physical tasks during room resets.
