Are you looking to join in on Americas Largest Escape Game? Do you have a knack for puzzles?

Escapology Centennial is looking to add Creative, Outgoing, Motivated Game Masters/Host to our thriving venue.

Game Masters/ Host are responsible for greeting customers as they come in with a smiling face. As well as,

Memorize all games/puzzles Check in premade bookings or help create new bookings Assist in Guests getting waivers signed Brief groups on game procedures as well as exit procedures Master/help games using the game software Debrief games when finished/ fill out game file (photo, finish time, amount of hints) Reset game rooms quickly & efficiently Communicate Clearly with all staff Sell merchandise, drinks, & snacks Opening/closing Venue procedures
This position is perfect for someone who has previous customer service experience, has an outgoing personality & is looking for daytime hours during the week, as well as weekend shifts.

Pay is $15-17 an hour plus tips

Qualifications

Strong customer service and guest service skills Experience in cash handling and financial transactions Public speaking abilities and comfort in engaging with diverse audiences Basic technology/computer skills

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
