Position Overview
We are seeking a
hands-on IT System Specialist
with strong experience inSQL development
,ERP systems
, andsystem integrations
.The ideal candidate must be able to
build, troubleshoot, and support SQL-based and file-based integration solutions
.Experience with
Boomi
andGoAnywhere
is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities
Design & develop
SQL components includingqueries, stored procedures, SSIS packages, reports
, and database objects.Troubleshoot data issues
across ERP, integration, and reporting systems. Build and supportapplication integrations
usingBoomi, GoAnywhere, APIs
, andfile-based transfers
. Performtesting & debugging
of integrations, web applications, and SQL scripts. Create and maintaintechnical documentation
(interface designs, workflows, configuration guides). Work with business teams totranslate requirements into technical solutions
. Manage tasks viaServiceNow
or similar platforms with clear technical documentation. Provideknowledge transfer
and ongoing system support.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science / IT
or related field.3-5 years
hands-on experience asSystem Analyst / Integration Specialist / SQL Developer
. StrongSQL proficiency
(queries, joins, stored procedures, functions, DML/DDL). Experience integrating or supportingERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, UKG, STAARS, Ivalua, etc.). Stronganalytical & troubleshooting
skills. Ability to explaintechnical concepts
to non-technical users. Experience withServiceNow
or similar ticketing systems.Preferred Skills
Experience with
Boomi
,GoAnywhere
,APIs
, ETL tools. Scripting knowledge:Python, Java, C#
. Exposure toPower BI
,Tableau
, or other reporting tools. Certifications inSQL Server, Boomi, Cloud (AWS/Azure)
. Experience withtest automation
(e.g., TestSavvy).Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
