Job Title: ERP Peoplesoft Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled

ERP Developer

with strong expertise in

PeopleSoft PeopleTools

,

Benefits Administration

,

Pension Administration

, and

Oracle SQL

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining ERP applications, performing in-depth data analysis, and supporting integrations with third-party systems.

Minimum QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Experience may substitute for education (1 year of related experience = 30 semester hours).*

of experience with

PeopleSoft PeopleTools development

3+ years

of PeopleSoft development experience with

Benefits Administration

Pension Administration

3+ years

of experience with

Oracle SQL

3+ years

of experience writing

SQR programs

PeopleCode

3+ years

of hands-on

data analysis

experience.

2+ years

of

PeopleSoft Application Engine

programming.

1+ year

of

PeopleSoft XML Publisher

experience.

Key Skills & Abilities

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft ERP modules: Benefits Administration Pension Administration Base Benefits Core HR Financial systems (internal & external) Expertise with: SQL (Oracle) SQR PeopleCode Application Engine XML Publisher Experience with

Web Services

and PeopleSoft integrations (plus). Ability to create

process flow diagrams

for new or existing processes. Capability to manage

multiple projects

simultaneously. Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Ability to prepare specifications, code, test, and debug programs. Experience conducting

design review meetings

and documenting outcomes. Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills. Strong collaboration skills and ability to maintain cooperation with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Experience integrating PeopleSoft with other PeopleSoft modules and

third-party applications

using Web Services.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
