ER Technician: Cape Regional Health System is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving residents and visitors throughout Cape May County. Cape Regional Physicians Associates has over 60 primary care providers and specialists, delivering services in multiple locations throughout Cape May County. Duties include:
- Prepares and sets up for suturing
- Applies appropriate monitoring devices such as cardiac monitor, pulse oximeter, non-invasive blood pressure, and Dinamap
- Takes and records vital signs, height and weights, measures and records fluid intake and output, collects specimens
- Performs electrocardiograms
- Assist with transport of patients within the hospital
- Maintains safe and orderly environment by stocking patient care areas
- Responds to patient/family requests in timely manner
- Demonstrates proficient computer skills
- Assists with orthopedic procedures by applying posterior splints
- Maintains safe and orderly environment by stocking patient care areas
- Other duties as assigned
- Candidates who are attending College for medical related careers are highly considered.
American Heart Association, (AHA) CPR Certification required
