Position Overview

As an Equipment Repair Technician, you will work alongside our experienced service team to repair, maintain, and service industrial packaging equipment and machinery. This role is ideal for candidates who have a basic working knowledge of equipment and electric motors, a mechanical aptitude, and a strong desire to develop new skills. Ameripak provides training to qualified individuals, so if you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting and repairing industrial packaging equipment and electric motors Work with senior technicians in our facility to learn equipment repair techniques Progress to perform service and repair work independently at customer sites Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment Provide excellent service and support to customers while representing Ameripak professionally

What We're Looking For

Basic understanding of equipment and electric motors (mechanical or electrical background is a plus) Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn repair techniques Dependable, honest, and hardworking with a positive attitude Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation for travel to customer sites as needed

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time

position, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pay range:

$17.00

(entry level)

- $25.00

(advanced, top performer)

per hour

, based on experience, qualifications, and skill level
