What You'll Do:

Identify and recommend the appropriate parts and services to meet the customer's needs.

Assist with inventory management and counts.

Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales.

Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

Efficiently manage parts receiving, stocking, and invoicing.

Process vendor invoices, returns, and related paperwork promptly.

Engage professionally with customers, vendors, and manufacturers.

Strive for and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction ratings (Five stars!)

What We're Looking For:

Experience with Bobcat equipment is a plus.

Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Self-motivated, organized & capable of multitasking.

Physically capable of standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

What We Offer:
