We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator/Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks that require physical labor and a commitment to safety and quality. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in the construction processes, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety regulations.
Duties include but limited to
Shooting grades (laser), understand how to operate a laser
Digging trenches, set drainage pipe, backfilling holes, excavation and demolition
Operating equipment and heavy machinery
Following instructions from project manager
Loading and unloading materials
Removing materials and debris from the work site
Repair and maintain construction tools and equipment
Pulling a gooseneck trailer and haul equipment
Candidates must have a clean driving record, be drug free and dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
