Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team in . In this role, you will be instrumental in operating heavy machinery to support our construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality results that align with our company's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and to facilitate construction activities. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure job site. Assist with site preparation, grading, and material handling. Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities. Support the integration of overhead door installation processes into ongoing projects. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and safety instructions. Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures. Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation. Prior experience with overhead door installation is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required.
