Job Description
Summary:
Responsible for operating different machinery needed to build projects. This includes assisting the different trades that we work with when needed. Examples; unloading and loading materials, digging, raking, mixes and pours concrete, work with operating engineers, and other construction site workers.
Primary responsibilities:
Operating machinery safely and effectively to reach goals. Assist in building structures for residential, commercial, and construction sites. Assist construction managers. Read blueprints and designs. Operate laser guidance equipment. Operate all tools as needed and requested Operate pavement breakers, jackhammers, earth tampers, concrete, mortar, and plaster mixers. Demolition as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
1 -3+ years' experience in commercial/residential construction Massachusetts Hoisting license OSHA 10 preferred Must have tools of your trade Verifiable references Committed to safety at all times! Reliable transportation and attendance Some overnight travel
