GridSource, is seeking an Equipment Operator who will be responsible for safely operating the Track hoe.

Responsibilities:


Operate a track hoe efficiently and safely Learn and independently operate facility equipment Use all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) Stay updated on industry technological advancements Communicate effectively to resolve issues Support team efforts and uphold GridSource' s mission and values Maintain a positive work environment and build professional relationships Identify and implement process improvements Follow GridSource policies and procedures

Requirements:


High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred Minimum of five years in underground or civil construction Previous experience in the broadband industry required Ability to operate heavy equipment and manage crews Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of construction, the National Electrical Code, OSHA regulations, and safety standards Valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry up to 95 lbs. and operate a 32-foot ladder Experience in environments with moderate to loud noise and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed
