Fitness Equipment Assembly Technician

Pay:

$25-$28 per hour

for proven assembly experience

Sparks Fitness Equipment in North Dallas is looking for experienced assembly professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values reliability, professionalism, and good attitude. About the job

You'll assemble and install fitness equipment such as treadmills, bikes, squat racks, and strength machines in homes, apartment communities, fire stations, and training facilities across the DFW area. Each day starts and ends at our North Dallas location near the Tollway and Belt Line.

Who we're looking for

People with solid assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building things the right way. Strong communication, a steady attitude, and respect for teammates and customers are just as important as mechanical skill.

Backgrounds that usually translate well:

Assembly or installation Flooring installation HVAC Equipment or furniture delivery Bicycle repair Construction or trades Experience driving vans or small box trucks

What you'll do

Assemble and install fitness machines accurately and safely Use a full range of tools confidently Keep work areas stocked and organized Communicate well with customers and teammates Support your team to keep jobs running smoothly Follow inventory and process standards Arrive 10 minutes before the shift starts
