Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Epoxy Flooring/Concrete Polish installer to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Concrete Polishing, Resinous Flooring, Concrete Floor Leveling, Concrete Flooring Prep, Crew management, and strong leadership qualities. Our candidate will ensure high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with various polishing/epoxy tools, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay Range: $25-$35 Based on experience. $10,000 Sign on bonus

Responsibilities

Operate planetary grinders, polishing machines and tools to achieve desired finishes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to understand polishing requirements. Efficient in Resinous Flooring installation. Includes but not limited to: MVB's, Epoxies, Polyaspartics (Clear and pigmented), Urethane Cement, Self-Levelers, Repair mortars, Resinous Cove Base installation. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards at all times. Supervise junior staff or interns when necessary, providing training on polishing techniques and safety protocols ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS STANDARDS.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on polishing, epoxy flooring. Strong understanding in jobsite management, crew management, and leadership. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to determine project requirements. Knowledge of quality control measures relevant to the polishing process. Experience with hand tools, power tools Excellent management skills with prior supervising experience required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results in all tasks performed.
