Responsibilities

Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion for epoxy coatings Mix and apply epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to project specifications Use hand tools and power tools to spread, level, and finish epoxy flooring seamlessly Read blueprints, schematics, and floor plans to understand project requirements and layout details Ensure proper surface preparation including caulking, floor care, and concrete finishing techniques Collaborate with team members on installation tasks such as tile laying, fixture installation, and trim carpentry when needed Conduct quality checks throughout the process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety compliance

Skills

Extensive experience with flooring installation, especially epoxy systems and related surface treatments Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, buffing equipment, and other floor care machinery Familiarity with tile laying, caulking, cabinet installation, remodeling, and water damage restoration techniques Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise installation planning Skilled in the use of construction estimating software and understanding restoration industry standards Hands-on experience with construction painting, concrete finishing, fixture installation, carpentry (including trim), and maintenance person tasks Knowledge of the restoration industry industry practices related to water damage restoration and floor care maintenance
