What You'll Do:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, including resident rooms and common areas Perform housekeeping tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, polishing, emptying trash, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Safely handle and dispose of hazardous waste and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain furniture, fixtures, and floor surfaces; complete minor repairs like unclogging toilets and changing light bulbs Prepare apartments for move-ins and deliver personal clothing as needed

What You'll Need:

1 year of experience with laundry and housekeeping (required) Must be 18 years of age or older (required) Ability to work well with others, being courteous and considerate when interacting with Residents, team members, and visitors Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
