We are seeking an

Environmental Intern

to join our Baton Rouge, LA team! Come join us!


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Be part of team environment and work directly with multiple project managers Actively seek work opportunities with PMs to meet utilization goals Learn State and Federal (NSPS, NESHAP, MACT) regulatory requirements Self-manage multiple project deliverables Develop and update air emissions calculations and conduct air dispersion modeling Prepare major and minor air permit applications (New Source Review, Title V, and state permits) Assist with State and Federal regulatory compliance evaluations / audits Assist with the preparation of annual compliance reports (Title V Deviation Reports, Semi-Annual Monitoring Reports, Annual Compliance Certifications, and emissions inventories) Assist with the preparation of waste, water, and safety

Minimum requirements:



B.S. in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or related field Excellent communication and computer skills Strong willingness to learn and take initiative Strong scheduling, time management and multi-tasking skills Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended time periods (at client office if necessary) Ability to stay focused to meet task and project goals

Technical requirements:



Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint Technical / Report writing Working knowledge of Federal and State environmental air regulations.
