Stronghold Environmental, LLC is a

based in Warr Acres, Oklahoma. We specialize in

asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold inspections and abatement oversight

, as well as

environmental consulting and site assessments

across the state.

We are seeking a

full-time Environmental Inspector & Estimator

to join our team. This position involves both field and office work, performing inspections, collecting samples, preparing reports, and developing cost estimates for remediation projects.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to grow within a veteran-owned company that values professionalism, safety, and integrity.

Responsibilities

Conduct asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold inspections following AHERA, NESHAP, and HUD standards Collect environmental samples, document conditions, and maintain chain-of-custody forms Prepare accurate inspection reports and supporting documentation Review project specifications, drawings, and field conditions for cost estimating Develop proposals for remediation and abatement projects Attend pre-bid meetings and job site walkthroughs Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Oklahoma Department of Labor requirements Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies Support project setup, documentation, and scheduling

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in asbestos, lead, or environmental inspection Oklahoma Asbestos Inspector License (or ability to obtain within 60 days) Experience with lead-based paint, mold, or other environmental certifications preferred Strong written communication and estimating skills Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and ODEQ regulations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year (based on experience) Performance-based annual bonus potential Paid holidays and PTO Mileage reimbursement Monday-Thursday schedule (occasional travel required)
