Refrigerated Structures of New England (RSNE) has been a leader in thermal construction throughout New England for over 30 years. We specialize in the installation of insulated metal panels (IMPs) and custom-built cold storage doors, supporting construction projects across the region.
Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Panel Technician, you'll work on active jobsites installing insulated metal panels used in cold storage, food production, and industrial facilities. This is a
full-time, traveling role
, with project assignments lasting
4-12 weeks at a time
.
Your
home base will be our shop in Lakeville, MA
, and you should live within a reasonable commuting distance. Between projects, you'll report to the Lakeville shop for staging, training, equipment prep, and downtime work.
No prior experience with insulated metal panels is required -- we will train the right person. You'll begin by assisting the crew with material handling, layout, fastening systems, and general jobsite tasks. Over time, you'll learn to safely and efficiently install panels, operate tools and lifts, and build out full project scopes as part of a skilled team.

Ability to travel for multi-week projects (4-12 weeks at a time)
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials; comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Reliability and strong work ethic
Comfort working on active construction sites
No prior experience required -- training provided
Experience with construction, job sites, or tool use is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and prioritize safety
