JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist for non-clinical works closely with the field, hiring managers, and team members. This associate possesses an understanding of recruiting best practices and has experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders. This associate identifies qualified applicants by reviewing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviews applicants on a consistent set of qualifications. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, attract, and nurture qualified candidates through the use of a variety of recruiting techniques.
  • Network and connect with candidates via social media, job boards, community events, university recruitment efforts, and more.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.
  • Attend and participate in recruiting events, professional networking events, career fairs, and professional conferences as needed.
  • Review resumes, evaluate candidate qualifications, screen candidates, and submit to appropriate hiring managers for next steps in the interviewing process.
  • Develop new avenues to attract candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment objectives and opportunities.
  • Maintain job postings on applicant tracking system, job boards, and social media.
  • Monitor job openings, offers and fulfillment of positions.
  • Provide recruiting status updates to hiring managers weekly.
  • Maintain pipelines of qualified candidates in designated regions.
  • Assists in new recruiter training and development of training materials.
  • Is responsible for an increased volume in requisitions and requisition overflow when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent HR/Recruiting experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in recruiting; 1+ years in the HR Field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Energetic, dynamic and driven personality
  • Internet savvy in order to perform targeted searches and research
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven organizational, creative thinking and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • The ability to handle sensitive, confidential and interpersonal matters and information adequately
  • Desire to update job knowledge by pursuing continuing educational opportunities.
