Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Associate:

Engage with customers to promote fiber internet, wireless, and home connectivity options. Assist with account activations, billing inquiries, plan changes, and service upgrades. Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending the right solutions. Support daily and weekly sales goals by presenting bundles, upgrades, and promotional offers. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activity, and service updates. Represent the company with professionalism, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude. Collaborate with teammates and management to achieve sales and performance targets. Stay informed about telecommunications products, promotions, and technology advancements.
