What You'll Do

Learn the fundamentals of retail management and leadership within a retail setting Deliver positive, face-to-face customer service experiences Assist with daily operations, merchandising, and sales tracking Support and motivate team members to achieve sales goals Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement Process transactions accurately and follow opening and closing procedures Assist with onboarding and training new retail associates

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Interest in retail, sales, or leadership development Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
